Reservation & Allotment

By online Reservation Form or contact or email

Duly filled Reservation Form should be accompanied by DD / local cheque (in favor of Mrs. Yasmin N. Qazi) with an amount of 10% of the purchase price. Confirmation communicated via e-mail and phone only immediately after DD/local cheque clearance.

"Agreement to Sell" will be signed within (10) days of clearance or mutually agreed date.

Terms & Conditions

The reservation form should be accompanied by DD/local cheque in the amount of 10% of purchase price. Confirmation communicated via e-mail and phone only immediately after DD/local cheque clearance.

Agreement to sell will be signed within (10) days of clearance or mutually agreed date.

The Prestige Homes reserves the right to cancel the reservation in the event the amounts are not paid as per the terms of reservation and the buyer will forfeit the amounts paid.

In case the buyer desires to withdraw, within 5 working days of reservation date, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of reservation amount paid will be withheld and the balance returned by cheque. Entire paid reservation amount will be forfeited in the event of withdrawal 15 days after reservation date.

Transfer to immediate family member (spouse, father, mother, son, or daughter) is allowed one time free of charge within (5) days of reservation date. Thereafter but before signing agreement to sell, a fee equal to 5% of the purchase price will be charged for each occurrence. Transfer to third party requires consent by Prestige Homes and a transfer fee of 5% of the purchase price for each occurrence.

The car/two wheeler parking is provided for the convenience of the residents of Qazi Tower. The car/two wheeler should be registered in the buyer's name and a copy of which should be attached to the reservation form. A maximum of (3) two wheelers are permitted for each flat; the first at no cost, second and third for fee of Rs. 10,000/- per two wheeler. However, the parking will be assigned after the fee is paid. Unauthorized vehicles will be impounded.

If Prestige Homes cancels this reservation for any unforeseen reason, then all amounts paid by the buyer will be refunded through local check only 30 days from date of such cancellation.

Statutory expenses like stamp duty, registration, legal/incidental expenses for registering the property and additional stamp duty etc. will be borne by the buyer. Increase in existing tax levies and any fresh Government levies applicable during the contract period shall be borne by the buyer.

Dimensions and details provided in the literature published for Qazi Tower are approximate and are subject to alteration without notice.

Changes in specifications listed for Qazi Tower by buyer are not acceptable as changes adversely affect the completion schedule of the project.

The property will be managed by the developer at least for one year and will handover to the Owner's Society; maintenance fee and other expenses will be charged in accordance with Owner Society by-laws.

All payments should be made by way of account payee Demand Draft/local cheque to Mrs. Yasmin N. Qazi, payable at Karimnagar, Andra Pradesh, India. The reservation is subject to Karimnagar (Andra Pradesh, India) jurisdiction.
